Marjoram Essential Oil (origanum marjorana) is steam distilled from the leaves and flowering heads of the herb. It has a slightly spicy, herbaceous aroma that is very comforting.Marjoram was one of the Greeks favourite herbs for medicinal purposes. They also believed it to be the herb of good fortune, so they would give it to newlyweds as a gift to wish them well.
